Indoor 5/16" Custom Sign Letters
High quality completely custom sign letters made in Canada. You choose the size and colour - we bring your project to life! Letter thickness is 8mm (5/16”).
Letters are made from top-quality 3D printed PLA plastic. Letters come with a micro textured surface that is paint-friendly and can be sanded, spray painted or hand-painted. Painting not required though - they look great as-is!
All characters from any font supported - don't limit yourself to just numbers and letters.

Letter height is based on the tallest letter of your text. For example "Farm" in 8" height will have "F" in 8" and the rest scaled according to the font's design.
Pricing is per letter. Please select Quantity to match the number of characters in your text (ex. "Welcome!" is 8 characters so select quantity 8).

How do I care for these letters?
Our custom letters are designed to be mostly maintenance-free! The best way to care for your custom letters is to guard them from constant, direct extreme sunlight and high temperatures. Our indoor letters are made from an organic plastic made from corn starch and as such, can be affected by high heat exposure. Our outdoor letters are made from a more heat-resistant material which will be suitable for most outdoor applications. Aside from that, an occasional cleaning of the letters is all that's required!
How do I mount your letters?
Our letters are designed to mount in many convenient ways! For the most permanent hold (especially for our outdoor letters), we recommend using glues (including white glue), caulking or construction-specifics adhesives like PL that can be found at any hardware store. For a less permanent hold that will not damage paint, we recommend double-sides tape or 3M Command Strips which are designed to be removable. Small finising nails can also be used to hang the letters and leave a very minimal mark in any walls.
